Production will commence only upon receipt of the agreed advance payment.

Shipments are dispatched through verified logistics partners to ensure secure and timely delivery. While we make every effort to meet delivery schedules, delays caused by customs clearance, third-party carriers, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. SR18 Textile shall not be held liable for such delays or external disruptions.

Each product undergoes a comprehensive quality inspection before dispatch. In the unlikely event that a product is received damaged or defective, clients must report the issue in writing within seven working days of receipt, supported by photographs or relevant documentation. Returns or replacements will only be accepted under mutually agreed conditions.

SR18 Textiles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods or services directly purchased from us.
